Mountain Biking Fundamentals
Prerequisite: Recommended to complete Intro to Mountain Biking
This course is a great starting point for new riders as well as a perfect refresher for intermediate level riders that would like to learn to ride smoother. We work in a safe, controlled environment and focus on building confidence while learning fundamental skills that you get to take into the trail.
We cover body position and balance, bike handling, climbing and descending body positions, and the basics of cornering.
