Climbing: Up and Over
Prerequisite: Recommended to complete Mountain Biking Fundamentals and Wheel Lifts
Learn to love the climb as much as the descent! The focus in this course is body position, cadence, breath control, gearing as well as learning how to combine wheel lifts with momentum to crush technical hills. You will learn how to tackle steep terrain, develop efficiency on switchbacks, the mental game of conquering the hill, work on traction on extended, rooty climbs and challenge yourself on obstacles you face on the trail.
