Come join in on a group of like-minded individuals where we focus on building confidence while learning fundamental skills on trail in a group ride setting.
This course is run over 4 group rides (approximately 2 hours each) while we cover a variety of skills such as riding position and balance, how and when to properly use your brakes, gear choice with proper shifting techniques, trail awareness, and line selection, climbing and descending body positions, and the basics of cornering.
